• The system automatically detects whether the pouch is properly mounted, whether it is opened, whether the material has been accurately filled, and whether the pouch contains the correct amount before starting the vacuum process.
• Pouches that are not opened, have fallen over, or are not filled with material will not be sealed and are collected through a separate discharge outlet for reuse.
• The table size is 980 × 930 mm, and the overall machine dimensions are within 1 m × 1 m. With a total weight of approximately 600 kg, the unit is compact and requires minimal installation space.
• All external surfaces, except for the control panel and upper pouch container, can be washed with water, making cleaning easy and convenient.
