• Just place the fish on a plate and the weight is automatically checked and discharged to the set point.
• The electronic controller allows free weight setting between grades, allows for detailed sorting by setting in increments of at least 10g, and allows for 3 to 7 level sorting depending on the order.
• An electronic weight check method using a load cell and a solenoid waterproof type were applied.
• The injection molded plate can be easily replaced with one touch.
• The margin of error (±3g) was reduced by applying a lower shower nozzle and cleaning brush to remove by-products such as fish scales.
