  • When the decapitated flatfish is placed on the conveyor, it is automatically fed into the filleting machine.
  • Using eight circular blades, the machine fillets the fin meat and body meat first—just like manual processing—before cutting through the backbone, resulting in a high yield of approximately 48%.
  • The filleting section consists of two units (left and right), and the right unit is motorized with a 200mm sliding mechanism, allowing for thorough cleaning and easy blade replacement. This enables daily blade sharpening to maintain optimal yield.
  • The blade spacing can be easily adjusted via the touch panel according to the size of the flatfish or halibut, allowing the machine to process various sizes.
